EuroLMS is a French learning technology company based near Montpellier. For over twenty years, the core team of EuroLMS has designed, hosted and supported Moodle platforms for organisations across the globe, including large multi-tenant deployments.
We build on Moodle IOMAD, the open-source, multi-tenant edition of Moodle. It serves businesses, schools, colleges, universities, training providers and public bodies alike. One platform covers your whole organisation, with a separate space for each subsidiary, school, campus, faculty, partner network or client, each with its own branding, managers and reports. Because it is open source, there is no licence to buy and no vendor that can lock you in.
EuroLMS is a French SAS. Your contract, invoices and data protection terms fall under French and EU law.
Your platform, databases, backups and course files are hosted by Hostman, a European cloud provider, in EU data centres, and managed under the GDPR.
Moodle IOMAD is released under the GPL. You can inspect the code, and on the Large plan you can take the whole platform with you.
Optional AI features can run on self-hosted open models, so learner data does not have to leave your platform.
Your platform runs on Hostman infrastructure in EU data centres. Your data, databases and backups are stored in the EU.
Your contract, your point of contact and responsibility for your platform all sit with EuroLMS in France.
Part of our technical support is delivered by EuroServe Private Limited, an engineering team in India that works only for EuroLMS and serves no other clients. EuroServe is contractually bound to the same GDPR, confidentiality and security obligations as EuroLMS. Your data stays hosted in the EU; support engineers access it only to carry out work on your platform.
Same features in both plans. You choose between a shared platform for smaller teams and a dedicated platform your organisation can own.
Monthly fee ÷ €50 = included hours per month
Your included hours are recalculated each month from that month's subscription fee, excluding VAT, and rounded down to the whole hour. Hours you don't use roll over, up to a balance of three months of included hours. Any unused balance expires when the contract ends.

Support hours are spent on work you ask for. Hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and security patches are already part of the subscription and never use your hours.
If you have no internal LMS team, you can hand us the day-to-day operation of the platform. User and organisation set-up, enrolments, course uploads and configuration, certificates, reports and help for your managers can all be covered by your support hours.
For busy periods or larger projects, additional hours can be purchased separately at any time, at a discounted hourly rate reserved for subscribers, available on request.
Both plans run the same IOMAD platform, configured and maintained by EuroLMS. Only the price, the support hours and the ownership differ.

On the Large plan, your IOMAD platform is built for you alone and runs independently of any other client. Once ownership applies, you can keep it with EuroLMS or move it to your own infrastructure or another provider.
After two years of subscription, the platform is yours to take with you.
Pay two years up front and the ownership option applies from day one.
